Most of us are very poor at accurate self-assessment. We think we are good at some things, when we are not, and think we are not good at other things, when we are. 360 degree feedback is one of the few ways to gain insight into this ‘intention/impact’ gap.

360 degree feedback is not new, and we know ALOT about what does and does not work well in a feedback process. As leadership development practitioners with more than 60 years of combined experience, we have designed, developed, and implemented many 360-degree feedback programs for clients of all sizes, and from all industries. We use practical lessons learned along with our deep understanding of organizational psychology, leadership, and assessment instrument use, to create smooth, effective, and efficient programs. We are not winging it. We have been here before, and we can help you to be successful in your programs.

We operate a completely transparent pricing approach. It’s easier for you and us.

A 360-degree feedback assessment using one of our standard competency models/assessments is $350 per subject (the person who is the focus of the assessment). Each Subject can have up to 40 raters, in up to 8 groups). There is no charge for the raters.

We offer optional coaching/debrief services at a rate of $350 per hour. We recommend a minimum of two hours of coaching with each feedback process, so the basic offering is $1050. Additional coaching/support can be provided on an as needed basis.

If you’d rather us create a 360-assessment using your competencies (say from your own leadership development framework), then we charge a core, one-time fee for setting that up. The fee depends on how large/complex your framework is. We will waive the one-time fee in exchange for larger volumes of assessments (over 50).

You’ll only ever pay that core fee once. Any changes to the assessment after creation are charged on a pro-rated basis (so if you change 20% of the assessment, the fee will be 20% of the core fee).

If you are using one of our pre-built assessments, we can get started within 24 hours. A quick call is beneficial to ensure that we are all on the same page with the process, and then we can collect rater information and start sending invitations to complete almost immediately.

Our experience tells us that most 360-degree feedback data collection processes take about 3 weeks. It can sometimes be quicker if there is a lower number of raters, or if there is motivation to complete within the organization, but from kick-off to debrief, 3 weeks is about the norm.

If you are new to 360-degree feedback, or have had less than positive experiences in the past, its reasonable to have questions. The easiest way to get them answered is to book a zero obligation call with us. We promise we wont try and sales tactics.
